2. Description of Service
WordWeaver AI Planner provides AI-powered writing assistance, study planning, and content generation tools. We offer both free and premium subscription tiers with varying levels of access.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- • All activities that occur under your account
- • Providing accurate and complete registration information
- • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- • Interfere with or disrupt the service
- • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
- • Generate harmful, offensive, or infringing content
5. Subscription & Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly/quarterly/semi-annually). You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of your billing period.
- • Free Plan: 20 generations/day, 3 downloads/day
- • Pro Plan ($5.99/3 months): Unlimited access
- • Premium Plan ($10.99/6 months): Unlimited + API access
6. Intellectual Property
Content generated using our AI tools belongs to you. However, our platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of WordWeaver AI Planner.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
- • The accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
- • Uninterrupted or error-free service
- • That the service will meet your specific requirements
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our platform.
